Digi-stitch.com assumes that its customers have the rights for

sent to us for reproduction. We will assume no liability in any
trademark or copyright infringement disputes. The purchaser
agrees to assume any liability resulting from actions or demands
brought against us, PATENT or COPYRIGHT infringement. The
designs pictured on this website are not for sale nor do they imply
endorsement; they have been reproduced only as examples of the
style and quality of the products available.

No customer information is shared with any other entity except for
the necessary credit card company or bank.

Our site uses order forms for customers to request information,
products, and services. We collect visitor's contact information
(such as email addresses) and financial information (such as
account or credit card numbers) for the sole purpose of providing
information, products or services. Contact information from an
order form is used to send orders and information about our
company. It is also used to get in touch with a customer to solve a
problem, such as an undelivered product. Financial information
