What is Digitizing?

Digitizing is to transform an image into an embroidery design for use in
computerized embroidery machines.


What I'll have to pay for a design Digitizing?

Our minimum design charges are USD $ 15.00. Maximum Design
Charges are USD $ 200.00. We charge USD$ 6.00 per thousand stitches
for standard turnaround within 48 hours. For rush delivery, (24
hrs) USD$ 8.00 per thousand stitches.

Normal editing is $10 plus $6 dollars per thousand extra stitches added
to the design. If  you are using a stock design bought from our site the
editing fee is waived and you only pay $6 dollars per thousand extra
stitches added to the design.


Do you have a Stock designs for sale?

Yes... we have a Library of stock designs in various catagories. You can
select the desired design(s) and buy them by providing the reference
I.D.( given under each design ) through our order form.


What type of image can I send for digitizing?

The designs images can be sent as VECTOR images like Corel Draw
(CDR) or Adobe (EPS) which are best, you can also send JPEG, WMF,
EMF, BMP, GIF, TIF, .fh*(free hand format). The images should be clear
and bold with colors well marked and in good condition to process with
digitizing. Clear artwork will allow us to give a precision to the design.
Therefore, we prefer that the size of image should be big enough to
show detail, but small enough to be manage in a portfolio. You can also

Is there any guideline available for embroidery design sizes according to
its placement?

Yes... we have a size guideline page to help you decide the size
according to the placement of your design. It is necessary to decide the
size of design before you send it to us. Sizing factors include height,
width, position / placement where design is to be produce.


Is there a way to find out what my design will cost before my final order?

Yes... we have a free quote form to provide you with the exact cost
before you confirm the order. You can fill out the form and attach the
design image within the form and we will send you an actual digitized
image of your design along with the cost for your approval and an order
I.D. which will help you place a confirm order.


How can I place an order with Digi-stitch.com?

You can use our order form to place a confirm order for your design
digitizing.


How will I pay for my designs?

You will be billed though a PayPal invoice which will securely accept
credit cards, debit cards, e-checks, and PayPal payments.


How will I get my design design?

Once we receive your order and payment confirmation the design will be
send through email attachment to your email address ( provided by you
in the order form ) in your requested format. We can send you designs
only in DOS supported formats. Most common is Tajima format. In case
you need your design(s) other than DOS supported format Please
specify in special instructions box of our order form.
